Before joining in social sector he has served nearly 32 years in Human Resources field in senior Management positions of various reputed public sectors and private sectors. He has worked as Manager (CSR) during his service in OMC. He has attended many national level seminar and conferences in different states relating to CSR Planning and implementation. He is also the recipient of Gold Medal with citation for his HR Excellency works by IPEGA, New Delhi. Presently he is now associated with many voluntary organizations as Board member/ Advisor.

Dr. R.K.S.Mangesh Dash has completed hid Ph.D and D.Lit. in HR subject from vaniVihar, Utkal University. His expertise in Competency mapping and psycho analytic training have been widely accepted in many reputed industries both in public and private sectors. He has conducted more than hundreds training in Odisha and other states. He has strong passion for working in social sectors. He has also contributed many research papers relating to capacity building training and Entrepreneurship Development Program of the employees working in different industries and cluster.

Dr. Dillip K. Mishra is a social researcher. He is now Associate Professor in the Department of Social Works of North Odisha University. He is associated with SANCHAR for conducting various research works and baseline survey in socio-economic field. He has contributed many papers in national and international magazines and sparing his leisure hour in implementation of community based projects in rural fields all over the state.
